แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน นโยบายและการวางแผนองค์การ การสารวจและวิเคราะห์ด้านกาลังคน การพยากรณ์กาลังคนในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว นโยบายและการวางแผนด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดทาแผนปฏิบัติการด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การศึกษาถึงกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร การติดตามและประเมินแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
